What makes Jenkins' panels and building material your best choice for constructing or remodeling
a home or other building?

1) Each and every one of our panels are custom-designed and manufactured under factory-controlled conditions. You'll save time and labor, since fewer contractors are required to remodel or construct your new home.

2) After the blueprint for your home or other building is created, our computer-aided design software converts the blueprint into detailed instructions. A computerized numerical control machine then quickly and accurately whips out the exact components needed. You'll be taking advantage of the latest in 'green', energy-efficient building technology, as you'll be able to get the exact design you asked for.

Panelized Building and the Future

Many private and public facilities are possible using panelized building methods. Building types include:

Office Buildings

Schools

Retail Centers

Homes

Neighborhoods

3) Our ready-to-install building panels can be shipped to your construction site. You'll be able to enjoy occupying your home or other building 50% faster.

4) A building we construct using panelized building methods and materials produce strong structures with air-tight rooms. You can save up to 50% more in home energy costs when you build using panels.

5) We use a raised truss technique to design our roofs allowing a full depth of insulation to be applied to your home or other building. You'll save money in heating and cooling costs.

6) Structural insulated panels we use contain a lightweight, firm, foam plastic core free of any cavities where moisture can cause unseen mold growth. You'll protect your health and pocket book, because you'll avoid the problem of ridding your building of mold infestations.

7) Some of our exterior panels are covered with an oriented strand board skin with an insulated foam core interior which is covered with ½ inch gypsum drywall. This allows at least a 15 minute fire rating.
You'll conserve more of your possessions, as your home and valuables will have a decreased chance of being destroyed..

8) The oriented strand board skin covering the exterior of certain types of our building panels are similar to that of a steel I-Beam. The skin acts as a flange of the I-beam, while the rigid foam core acts as a web. You'll save thousands in repair costs, since your panel building will have a greater chance of surviving a hurricane, earthquake, or tornado.

9) Concrete poured inside of hollow foam panels to create a foam-concrete sandwich are called insulation concrete forms. A home or commercial structure we build that is composed of such panels contain two levels of insulation inside. You'll enjoy a greater level of comfort occupying a home or commercial building that experiences fewer cold or hot spots.

10) Our manufactured wood floor truss is an engineered structural component assembled from wood members, metal connector plates and other mechanical fasteners. The truss members form a semi-rigid structural framework. Your home or other building will be much more satisfying to occupy as the floors will squeak less and offer more flexibility in design.

11) We are able to use universal sound transmission techniques to make your wall panels as sound resistant as is needed. You'll enjoy quieter, more peaceful days and nights inside your home or other building.

If you would like the rewarding experience of constructing or remodeling a home or other commercial structure using building panels, Jenkins Building Components/Construction & Renovation can help you.
